Company fined after toppling trolley severs worker's fingers
Health and Safety Executive (press release)
Noon Products Ltd, of Thorpe Lea Road, Egham, Surrey, was fined 12,000 and ordered to pay 5,068 in costs after pleading guilty to breaching Section 2(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974. After the hearing HSE Inspector Neil Fry said:.
