After you have finished your selection, if you are paying by cheque, simply print off the completed order form (automatically generated at checkout), enclose your payment made payable to:

If you would like to pay by Paypal or Google Checkout, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept credit and debit card payments via both Paypal and Google Checkout and we also accept BACS (Banker's Automated Clearing Services) payments.
Terms of Business
Prices charged will be those shown at time of sale. For your convenience, prices are listed with and without VAT.
John Uttley First Aid Ltd reserve the right to substitute products where necessary with equal quality brands.
All orders, unless otherwise stated, will be delivered by carrier at a charge of £8.90. Orders above the value of £100 will be delivered by carrier free of charge (Mainland UK only). For non mainland UK destinations, please contact us for delivery prices.
If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, they must be reported in writing (see postal address above) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Out of Stock Items:
Where ordered items are currently out of stock, John Uttley First Aid Ltd will contact the customer with an approximate delivery date. Part orders will be dispatched at the request of the customer.
Where a completed order (via this website) is cancelled, a £10 administration charge will be incurred.
Payment via by Paypal or Google Checkout is immediate during the checkout process.
If you choose to pay by cheque or BACS, your order will be dispatched once your cheque/funds have cleared (usually 3 to 5 working days).
